Shipping And Returns

All orders are lovingly packed in plastic-free, FSC-certified recyclable packaging, with the same care that goes into every stitch of our GOTS certified organic cotton babywear.

We currently ship across the UK only, using Royal Mail Tracked to ensure your parcel arrives safely and promptly.

  • Tracked 48: 2-3 working days (including Saturdays)
  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days (including Saturdays)
  • Free Delivery on orders over £50

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by tracking details when it’s on its way — so you can follow its journey from us to you.

Returns

We want you to love every Little Earthlings piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

To request a return, simply follow the steps below via your online account:

  • Log in to your account on our website
  • Click Request Return
  • Choose the item(s) you're returning, select a reason, and submit your request
  • We'll review it and email you to confirm if your return has been accepted

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags still attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer — we recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking number safe, as we're unable to take responsibility for lost returns
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
